Mixed Graphic - Phone (Green Square)

- Action - Select this to see the dialog that links an action to the device phone. The link is created by either selecting the- Application as a category, then selecting the device's phone application or
- Launcher options, then selecting “Launch phone”
Other observations on this image are
- The bolder white border of the green square indicates the object is selected. In this case, the elements “phone”, “0”, image, and green background are grouped, and the outer boundaries form the group.
- If the group is ungrouped (tapping the
, the elements revert to individual objects. The background would revert to default (transparent), the image to default, and the phone to just “text,” but the notification count would remain in the text format “notification count (%d).”- If these elements were re-grouped by
- As mentioned above, the user would then have to redefine the background and text characteristics
- The “359” represents the height and width of the square in pixels
- The “361” represents the distance from the left side of the screen in pixels. This is also known as the x-axis. Unfortunately, the object's placement towards the top of the screen blocks the figure at that distance from the top. That is also called the y-axis.
