Rectangle Round rectangle Oval Arc Cancel OK

To use shapes, Total Launcher offers 2 basics and 2 variants with the ability to fill with a color or gradient:

  • rectangle - All squares are rectangles and this rectangle starts as a square. Basic. It is when the object is on a page in Edit on Mode that sizing and elongating is possible.
  • round rectangle - a variant of the rectangle, the user can use the Option to round the corners. The impact of rounded corners changes by the radius slider value which ranges from 0 (square) to 287 (circle) and visually impacted by the size. At creation, the “roundness” effect is not observable but is present when the object is used. This and user design needs equals experimentation.
  • oval - This has no options for adjustment other than fill with color and gradients. Requiring a circle … this is the place to start.
  • arc - A component of the circle representing 360 degrees, the arc uses its sweep slider values to portion a circle (arc): 0-90 (upper right quadrant), 0-180 (semi-circle) and so forth.

When an object is on page, it can altered in size, orientation, rotation & transformation, alignment, grouped, and be placed in the foreground/background with other objects. The links in this paragraph will give more detail on those subjects.
