Dynamic images are images which automatically change depending upon the state. An easy example is a clock showing the current time or calendar icon showing the current date, day, or month (or all 3). Total Launcher has built-in dynamic images as shown and discussed below, but new ones can be created app icons, page background, object background or for other design uses. Any Launcher Action can be attached the the dynamic image by using the Object Action (tap, up/down, swipe).

This notification has been deprecated, apparently by Google, and has not been removed from Total Launcher
If the graphic object has an action set, it shows the number of notification messages for the object. Not clear on how to accomplish this.

for wifi, data or both … and your image is static @ about 25% proportion for both?
Not sure how this works.
The developer of Total Launcher has commented on his blog the location can be changed in the options. This has not been found
